AI Engineer

Role Overview:

• We are looking for an Associate AI Executor with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about building practical AI-powered solutions for real-world business problems.
• This is an execution-focused role for someone with strong Python fundamentals, backend API experience, and hands-on exposure to Generative AI tools and workflows. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across AI, backend development, automation, and business problem-solving.
• You will work closely with AI Executors, product teams, and backend developers to build, integrate, test, and deploy AI-driven features using modern Generative AI technologies, APIs, and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI features into backend systems using Python.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or similar.
• Work with LLM platforms and APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar tools.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve the quality, reliability, and usability of AI outputs.
• Support the development of RAG-based workflows using embeddings, vector databases, and external data sources.
• Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or similar technologies.
• Assist in designing and debugging AI pipelines, backend workflows, and data-processing tasks.
