Junior Android Developer

Role Overview

EAPRO Global Limited is looking for a Junior Android Developer to join our ERP department in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. This on-site role involves developing and maintaining mobile applications, either through a native or hybrid track, to support field operations and service management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin, Java, Flutter, or React Native.
• Convert designs into responsive mobile screens and integrate REST APIs.
• Implement local storage solutions like Room, SQLite, Hive, or AsyncStorage for offline functionality.
• Utilize device features including GPS, Camera, Push Notifications (FCM), and Barcode/QR scanning.
• Debug crashes using Crashlytics and manage releases via APK/AAB.
• Test applications on low-end devices and various Android versions.
• Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent degree.
• Strong understanding of OOP, collections, and asynchronous concepts.
• Proficiency in either the Native track (Kotlin/Java, Android SDK, Retrofit) or Hybrid track (Flutter/Dart or React Native/JavaScript).
• Knowledge of HTTP, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Android Studio or VS Code.
• Clear communication skills in Hindi and English.
