Role Overview

Edwards Lifesciences is expanding its global technology capabilities with the launch of a new IT Innovation Hub in Pune, India. As a Developer, IT Applications, you will contribute to the design, development, and support of software solutions that enable critical business capabilities across the enterprise. You will collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure compliance with architecture, security, and development standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support software applications, ETL processes, and web-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business partners and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Design, code, test, and deploy solutions aligned with architecture and security standards.
• Analyze existing systems to identify opportunities for improvement in performance and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and process flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues through root cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, application development, or ETL development.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical regulated industries is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and conducting code reviews.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application and integration issues.
