Web Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Web Developer to join our fintech technology team at EESHA Fintech Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications and APIs for payment, payout, BBPS, and other fintech services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python.
• Build REST APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Integrate payment gateways, banking APIs, and third-party services.
• Design and optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
• Ensure application security, authentication, and data protection.
• Collaborate with the UI/UX and product teams.
• Troubleshoot, test, and improve application performance.
• Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Python.
• Experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Understanding of web security and scalable application architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or payment applications.
• Knowledge of payment gateway integration.
• Familiarity with Docker, Linux, and cloud deployment.
