Backend and Frontend Intern

Role Overview

Eggoz Nutrition is committed to improving protein consumption by enriching the lives of rural egg farmers across India. The Backend and Frontend Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram, focused on assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications that support farm operations, data monitoring, and consumer-facing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to build and optimize backend APIs and integrate databases.
• Implement secure, scalable features and create responsive user interfaces.
• Improve user experience and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Debug issues, write clean and documented code, and participate in code reviews.
• Work closely with product and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in programming concepts and experience with backend languages or frameworks.
• Proficiency in core frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of relational or NoSQL databases including querying and schema design.
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in agri-tech or food-tech domains.
