Job Description
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Workday development and integrations and will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to deliver scalable and reliable Workday solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Build reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and business processes
- Integrate Workday with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Finance, and other systems
- Troubleshoot production issues and support testing/deployments
- Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Maintain documentation and follow Workday best practices
Requirements
- 4 - 10 years of experience in Workday development
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB & Core Connectors
- Experience with Workday Reporting & Calculated Fields
- Knowledge of Business Process & Security
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP, XML, XSLT & JSON
- Experience with SQL / SQL Server
- Experience with Azure DevOps & Git
