Engineering Intern - Class of 2026

Role Overview

As an Engineering Intern at Eightfold AI, you will work on highly scalable distributed systems and AI platforms spanning several TBs of data. You will gain deep expertise in how AI is consumed and create futuristic applications that use AI/ML to find the right career, while optimizing for usability and making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Learn to design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications and services.
• Invent novel solutions to challenging problems.
• Diagnose and debug issues in a production environment.
• Collaborate with top notch engineers, product managers and designers in an open, creative environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science with the year of graduation as 2026.
• Available for a full-time in-person 6 months internship immediately.
• CGPA of 8.0 and above (out of 10).
• Solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals.
• Strong hold on data structures, algorithms and coding.

Nice to Have

• Exposure and hands-on experience with AI/ML and AI tools.
• Cross-platform software development experience (Web, Android, iOS, emails).
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, autonomous environment.
• Passion for designing, building, launching, and maintaining products.
• Proactiveness, ownership, empathy, and independent judgement.
• Customer centricity, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
