Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate full time Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain our website, web application, and mobile application. The role involves building scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital platforms that support our technology-driven social enterprise ecosystem. The candidate will work closely with product, design, and program teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

You will need to work from our office in Thane

Responsibilities

Frontend (Web & Mobile)

• Develop, maintain, and enhance eKalakaar's web applications and digital platforms.
• Work on both frontend and backend development tasks.
• Assist in website optimization, bug fixing, and feature implementation.
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of development work and updates.
• Support technical improvements and innovations aligned with eKalakaar's objectives.
• Maintain CMS based websites as per requirements.
• Translate Figma, or Sketch designs into clean, pixel-perfect, accessible (WCAG compliant), and mobile-first responsive web interfaces.
• Conduct user research and wireframing to translate client concepts into interactive, high-fidelity responsive prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD prior to development.
