Role Overview
A Quality Inspector is responsible for examining raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet specifications. They use precision measuring tools, conduct tests, and document findings to maintain quality control.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, test, and evaluate motor components and finished products for defects and deviations from specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions.
- Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and enhance manufacturing processes.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct audits and assist in implementing quality control procedures.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in QA/QC (Required).
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
- Proficiency in Tamil (Required).
- Ability to commute or relocate to Coimbatore.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% (Preferred).
