Responsibilities

• Build and scale a web application that helps teams identify recurring operational and product issues, inspect supporting evidence, and track work through resolution.
• Develop backend services and APIs for data processing, signal extraction, evidence retrieval, workflow tracking, and trend analysis.
• Build user-facing workflows for dashboards, drill-down views, ownership tracking, and administrative controls.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows such as classification, retrieval, summarization, and configurable analysis controls in a way that is reliable and understandable to end users.
• Integrate with enterprise platforms and internal systems to support connected workflows across tools and teams.
• Partner with product, support, and engineering stakeholders to shape requirements and deliver production-ready capabilities.
