Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer & Data Analyst to join our team in building intelligent, data-driven energy management solutions. This role combines data analytics, machine learning, AI engineering, and full-stack development to help develop scalable systems that process real-time energy and IoT data. You will work closely with engineering, product, and energy teams to build analytics dashboards, predictive models, and AI-powered applications for energy optimization and operational intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from energy meters, IoT devices, and building management systems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify energy consumption patterns and anomalies.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau, Power BI, Plotly, and Dash.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for energy demand forecasting and predictive maintenance.
- Build and maintain scalable applications using the MERN stack.
- Develop backend APIs and microservices for analytics and AI integration.
- Automate data pipelines and reporting workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, or Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data analytics, or full-stack development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Strong experience with MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Experience building REST APIs and backend services.
