Job Description
Role Overview
Pratishthan is looking for Software Interns who want to build real products, including payment platforms and systems handling 100M+ accounts. You will learn from banking and payment product pioneers to write software held to product-grade standards—correct, resilient, and trusted with money. This role is designed for high-potential graduates who want to master how fail-proof financial systems are architected.
Responsibilities
- Engineer real products and payment platforms handling high transaction volumes.
- Write software held to absolute product-grade standards.
- Build resilient and correct systems trusted with high-value financial transactions.
- Learn to architect fail-proof financial systems from scratch.
Requirements
- 2026 batch BE / BTech (CS/IT, ECE, or related branches).
- Good pH score.
- Strong academic record: 75% or above in 10th & 12th Standard.
- CGPI of 7.5 or above.
- Must be able to work in Bangalore.

Compensation & Career Progression
- Stipend: ₹40,000 per month during internship.
- Internship Duration: 6 months.
- Full-Time Conversion: Successful candidates will be absorbed as Software Engineers (SE) or Quality Engineers (QE) with a CTC of ₹6.25 LPA.
