Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time, permanent Application Support Engineer based in Bangalore. The successful candidate is expected to perform independently, evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Must be able to work in person at our Bengaluru office.
- Note: Candidates with a 2-month or 3-month notice period should not apply.
