Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Azure Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure data services and strong expertise in PySpark for data processing.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end data pipelines using Azure Data Factory
- Perform data transformation and processing using Azure Databricks and PySpark
- Manage and optimize data stored in Azure SQL Database
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues
- Follow best practices for data security and governance on Azure
Requirements
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes
- Data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Experience working in large-scale data environments
- Strong SQL and Python programming skills
- Knowledge of Azure cloud architecture
- Good communication and problem-solving skill
