Job Description
Role Overview
As a Web Developer (Fresher), you will work on real-world web projects and support the development of responsive, high-performance websites. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure beyond academic projects. This is a mandatory paid internship for 3 months, which may transition into a performance-based full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Assist in building responsive and user-friendly web pages
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams
- Test, debug, and optimize website performance
- Learn modern development workflows and best practices
Requirements
- BCA, MCA, BE, or B.Sc. CS degree
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of responsive design concepts
- Willingness to learn and work on live client projects
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- BE / MCA freshers or final-year students from a technical background
