AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-powered solutions to solve real-world business problems. The candidate should have strong analytical thinking, programming expertise, and hands-on experience with modern AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, test, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Work on AI-based applications such as predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, and computer vision.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production environments and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and product teams.
• Monitor model performance and retrain models when required.
• Research and implement latest AI/ML technologies and industry best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and OpenCV.
• Understanding of NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, or Computer Vision is an added advantage.
• Experience with model deployment and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data handling techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of Git/version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
