AI Automation & Agentic AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on AI Automation & Agentic AI Engineer with 3–4 years of experience building and implementing AI agents, agentic workflows, business process automation, and AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of APIs, AI platforms, workflow automation, LLMs, and system integrations, with a proven track record of deploying real-world solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows for real business use cases.
• Build workflow automation using n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Zapier/Make, and similar tools.
• Develop AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft AI services, and Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
• Integrate LLMs, APIs, databases, SaaS applications, CRM/ERP systems, and internal applications.
• Build RAG-based applications, AI assistants, document-processing workflows, and intelligent automation.
• Work with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Build and integrate APIs using FastAPI, REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool integrations.
• Evaluate new AI models and automation platforms and implement practical business solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve AI workflows and integrations.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in AI automation, Agentic AI, or workflow automation.
• Proven experience building and implementing production or business-use AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of APIs and system integration.
• Ability to convert manual business processes into automated AI workflows.
• Comfortable working with both Microsoft/Azure and open-source AI tools.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, SQL, and Git.
