Engineer II – Network & Cloud Security

Role Overview

As an Engineer II – Network & Cloud Security, you will be part of a cutting-edge cybersecurity team responsible for securing Enphase's global network, cloud infrastructure, applications, and APIs. You will work across a broad range of security technologies to maintain and improve the security posture of enterprise infrastructure, implementing security controls, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving automation through scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama.
• Manage and maintain Cequence API Security solutions, including API discovery and protection.
• Manage and support Zscaler security services (ZIA) and related integrations.
• Maintain Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions protecting internet-facing applications.
• Implement and maintain AWS cloud security controls, including IAM, VPC, and Transit Gateway.
• Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Develop and maintain Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) configurations.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and IT teams to implement security requirements.
• Participate in vulnerability remediation, security hardening, and incident response rotations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in network security, cloud security, or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama.
• Experience with AWS networking and security services (VPC, IAM, Transit Gateway).
• Experience with API security (Cequence or similar) and Zscaler.
• Working knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex network issues.
