Frontend Developer (React / Next.js)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Frontend Developer to build scalable, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces for the E-WORKS platform. You will develop the LMS, dashboards, and freelance job portal using React.js and Next.js, collaborating closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Next.js
• Build reusable, modular, and responsive UI components
• Develop key platform modules:
  • Course Listing & Enrollment
  • Student Dashboard
  • Mentor Dashboard
  • Freelance Job Portal
• Integrate frontend with REST APIs and manage authentication, state, and error handling
• Optimize application performance using lazy loading, code splitting, and caching
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, SEO, and accessibility
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers for pixel-perfect implementation
• Follow coding standards, Git workflows, testing, debugging, and code reviews
• Stay updated with modern frontend technologies and contribute to product improvements

Requirements

• Strong experience with React.js and Next.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with Redux or Context API
• REST API integration and Git version control
• Understanding of performance optimization, SEO, SSR, and web accessibility

Preferred Experience

• 2–4 years of frontend development experience
• Experience building scalable web applications
• Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Marketplace platforms is a plus
