[Backend] Software Engineering Intern

Role Overview

At Enterpret, we are building the customer intelligence platform that turns millions of raw, messy pieces of customer feedback into a structured, queryable source of truth. We are AI-native to the core, solving complex problems in natural language processing, serverless computing, and real-time analytics. As a Backend Software Engineering Intern, you will take on meaningful problems, learn quickly, and directly impact the systems our customers rely on every day.

Responsibilities

• Join system design discussions and contribute ideas to internal implementation conversations.
• Take ideas from concept to production by building real solutions with guidance.
• Develop on serverless architectures using AWS, building scalable backend components.
• Help build proof-of-concepts for new backend and AI feature integrations, from model output to real-time inference.
• Work closely with engineers to learn how backend architecture supports AI features end to end.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Bangalore.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a Tier 1 college.
• Strong programming fundamentals in any modern language.
• At least one prior internship in a relevant engineering or backend/AI role.
• Genuine interest in distributed systems, serverless computing, and AI-powered product features.
• Sharp problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
