[Backend] Software Engineering Intern

Role Overview

Enterpret is building an AI-native customer intelligence platform that transforms raw feedback into structured data. As a [Backend] Software Engineering Intern, you will work on complex problems involving natural language processing, serverless computing, and real-time analytics, contributing to systems that operate at massive scale for customers like Canva and Notion.

Responsibilities

• Join system design discussions and contribute ideas to internal implementation conversations.
• Take ideas from concept to production by building real solutions.
• Develop on serverless architectures using AWS to build scalable backend components.
• Build proof-of-concepts for new backend and AI feature integrations, from model output to real-time inference.
• Work closely with engineers to learn how backend architecture supports AI features end-to-end.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Bangalore.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a Tier 1 college.
• Strong programming fundamentals in any modern language.
• At least one prior internship in a relevant engineering or backend/AI role.
• Genuine interest in distributed systems, serverless computing, and AI-powered product features.
• Sharp problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
