Enterprise AI Engineer

Role Overview

Enterprise AI Solutions helps organizations adopt AI that delivers measurable business outcomes, combining enterprise-grade strategy, architecture, and execution for teams ready to operationalize AI. The Enterprise AI Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI solutions that address real business needs across multiple clients, including AI agents, RAG pipelines, and workflow automations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI agents, RAG pipelines, and workflow automations.
• Implement and customize enterprise AI platforms for secure, compliant use at scale.
• Collaborate with consultants, product owners, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architectures and production-ready systems.
• Evaluate new AI models and tools, optimize system performance, and contribute to documentation and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, APIs, and scalable system design.
• Hands-on expertise in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition.
• Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLMs, and embeddings.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience designing and deploying cloud-based solutions such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with vector databases and SQL/NoSQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
