Artificial Intelligence Intern

Role Overview

Envint is a sustainability & ESG solutions firm looking for an Artificial Intelligence Intern to apply AI to solve business problems around sustainability & climate. The role involves supporting automation of internal workflows, developing knowledge systems, and integrating AI capabilities into tools that support ESG delivery and data insights.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-driven automation of workflows using LLMs and no-code/open-source tools, including agents and recurring process automation.
• Assist in building and maintaining knowledge databases and processing systems using embeddings and vector databases.
• Contribute to integrating and customizing AI capabilities for analysis and summarization within existing tools.
• Support prompt design and optimization for business scenarios, following coding standards and version control.
• Assist in evaluating outputs, maintaining quality checks, and creating simple visualizations.
• Demonstrate initiative in debugging, troubleshooting, and improving existing tools and workflows.

Requirements

• Graduate or final year student with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on exposure to AI integrations, NLP, or automation through academic projects, internships, or personal work.
• Ability to demonstrate practical AI-related work through a GitHub repository or equivalent portfolio.
