Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer Mentor to guide and mentor aspiring software developers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in full-stack development and a passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping learners build real-world projects.
Responsibilities
- Mentor students in full-stack development.
- Teach front-end and back-end technologies with practical examples.
- Guide learners in building real-world projects.
- Conduct coding sessions, code reviews, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students prepare for technical interviews and placement opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development or technical training.
- Prior mentoring or teaching experience is preferred.
- Ability to teach and mentor students in Tamil is mandatory.
- Ability to commute/relocate to Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
