Python Backend Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Python Full Stack Developer with AI Experience to join our team. You will be responsible for project analysis, planning, and developing functional code while ensuring high quality through rigorous reviews. The ideal candidate understands fundamental design principles for scalable applications and can bridge the gap between backend logic and frontend interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform project analysis and planning.
• Develop functional code based on technical analysis.
• Review code output to ensure high quality and performance.
• Apply fundamental design principles to build scalable applications.
• Create database schemas that support complex business processes.

Requirements

• Expertise in Python and the Django web framework.
• Familiarity with ORM libraries.
• Working knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Understanding of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Knowledge of Algorithms and Data Structures.
• Proficiency with GitHub.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI/ML using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and Agentic Development.
• Experience with custom ML models, large-scale data, or data warehouse projects.
