Frontend Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to help build next-generation platforms that power agentic AI models for the legal industry. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI, scalable infrastructure, and legal innovation, building intelligent systems that streamline workflows, enhance legal research, and automate complex decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build complex web applications ensuring responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across browsers and devices.
• Maintain high coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Take full ownership of significant frontend modules, design systems, and UI platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to align on technical roadmaps.
• Identify and resolve rendering bottlenecks, optimize bundle sizes, and ensure smooth 60fps interactions.
• Contribute to the evolution of the frontend stack and component library using modern frameworks and design patterns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Design Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep understanding of client-side architecture, including state management and rendering strategies (SSR/CSR/ISR).
• Familiarity with modern build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Turbopack.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as Vercel or AWS CloudFront.
