Full Stack Developer (Java + React.js)

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of sophisticated web applications, bridging the gap between complex backend logic and seamless frontend interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code. Your contributions will directly influence the scalability of our platforms and the overall experience of our end-users, ensuring our systems remain performant and reliable under high traffic.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and efficient data processing for our core platforms.
• Develop responsive, user-centric frontend interfaces using React.js and TypeScript to enhance user engagement and platform accessibility.
• Design and maintain robust RESTful Webservices to facilitate seamless communication between distributed system components.
• Deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS to optimize application performance and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to migrate monolithic structures into a Microservices Architecture, improving system modularity and deployment speed.
• Write complex SQL queries and manage database interactions to ensure data integrity and high-speed retrieval for business-critical reporting.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in building full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js with 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong command over modern frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript to deliver polished, cross-browser compatible interfaces.
• Proven ability to design and implement Microservices Architecture and RESTful Webservices in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services for cloud deployment, monitoring, and scaling of enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational database management to support complex backend operations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in an agile, collaborative team environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Bangalore-based office environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.
