Role Overview

LBS Skill Centre, Kazhakuttom is seeking a passionate and experienced Software Trainer to deliver high-quality classroom and practical training to students in the latest software technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise and the ability to mentor students for academic and industry-ready careers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training sessions.
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Guide students in building real-world software applications.
• Conduct practical lab sessions and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Mentor students for internships, placements, and technical interviews.
• Track student performance and provide timely feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, M.Tech, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience as a Software Trainer, Faculty, or Software Developer.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students.
• Industry certifications in Python, AI, Data Science, or Full Stack Development are an added advantage.
