Quality Analyst Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic QA Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. You will work closely with developers, designers to test web and mobile applications, identify bugs, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Test web and mobile applications across different browsers and devices.
• Understand project requirements and prepare test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, UI, regression, and cross-browser testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using project management tools.
• Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to resolve issues.
• Assist in maintaining test documentation and QA reports.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and project discussions.
• Learn QA best practices, testing methodologies, and software development processes.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Software Testing and SDLC/STLC.
• Knowledge of Manual Testing concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.
• Familiarity with browser developer tools.
• Understanding of SQL basics.
• Exposure to bug tracking tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Azure DevOps.
