Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a smart, hands-on Data Visualisation Developer with 3-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Visualization. The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on Power BI development experience, including semantic modeling, DAX, and managed services delivery. This role requires someone who can comfortably handle ambiguity, think independently, and build reporting and analytics solutions for business users with minimal hand-holding.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions for business users.
- Perform semantic modeling and write complex DAX expressions.
- Deliver managed services and handle end-to-end data visualization workflows.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Visualization.
- Strong expertise in Power BI.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse/Warehouse architectures, and Azure DevOps is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code is a plus.
- Knowledge of the US P&C Insurance domain is a plus.
