Role Overview

F6 IT Services Private Limited is seeking a Data Science Intern to support data analysis, statistical analysis, data visualization, and machine learning activities. The selected intern will work on assigned data-related tasks and projects under the guidance of the team. This opportunity is intended for candidates who want to develop practical experience in applying data science concepts to real-world datasets.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Apply basic statistical and analytical techniques to datasets.
• Develop, test, and evaluate basic machine learning models.
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings.
• Use tools and libraries such as Python, Pandas, NumPy, SQL, Matplotlib, and Seaborn where appropriate.
• Document analysis methods, assumptions, results, and findings.
• Assist with data-driven projects and business analysis tasks.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to the team.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of data science concepts.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or Excel.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and probability.
• Understanding of fundamental machine learning concepts is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, or Seaborn is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work on assigned data science tasks.
