Software Intern

Role Overview

The Software Intern role at Farsight Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The intern will assist in designing, coding, and debugging software components that support Farsight’s HR solutions under the guidance of senior engineers. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world software development practices, agile workflows, and product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Implementing new features and maintaining existing modules.
• Writing unit tests and participating in quality assurance activities.
• Documenting technical specifications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements.
• Integrating databases and participating in code reviews.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Foundational skills in Software Support and Software Testing.
• Practical programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or SQL.
• Working knowledge of Databases.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
