Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for passionate professionals to join our team as a Java Developer and Data Analyst. These roles are focused on teaching and mentoring students, delivering practical, industry-oriented training, and preparing them for successful careers in technology and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Teach Core Java, Advanced Java, OOP, Collections, JDBC, Servlets, and Spring Boot.
- Train students in Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, and data visualization.
- Conduct coding exercises, hands-on projects, and real-time assignments.
- Evaluate student performance, prepare course materials, and provide feedback.
- Guide students in interview preparation and career development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge in the respective domain (Java or Data Analytics).
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
- A passion for mentoring and helping students learn.
