FP&A Intern (12-month Internship)

Role Overview

Support the Cost and FTE Senior Analyst by providing hands-on experience in analyzing cost structures and managing full-time employee allocations. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify cost variances, track budgeted positions, and ensure alignment with financial goals within a dynamic, multinational setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for cost and FTE management.
• Collaborate with departments to identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and track budgeted versus actual expenses.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management.
• Validate purchase orders against approved budgets.
• Contribute to workforce planning by tracking FTE positions and supporting headcount analysis.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling.
• Basic understanding of budgeting, financial statements, and cost analysis.
