Full Stack Developer (Laravel & Next JS)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience building scalable web applications, developing RESTful APIs, working with databases, and integrating modern backend technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel, PHP, React.js, and Next.js.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party APIs.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using Next.js, React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Design and optimize database structures and queries using MySQL.
• Work with Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization.
• Implement asynchronous processing and messaging using RabbitMQ.
• Work with Elasticsearch for search functionality, indexing, and data retrieval.
• Identify and resolve performance, security, and scalability issues.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Perform debugging, testing, and code optimization.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers to implement new features.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical solutions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Laravel and Next.js.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture and OOP concepts.
• Experience with Git/version control systems.
• Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of API integration and authentication mechanisms.
• Good understanding of web application performance and security.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
