Software Engineer Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, high-ownership Software Engineering Intern proficient in FastAPI, Next.js, and PostgreSQL. This role focuses heavily on manual testing, debugging, bug fixing, and codebase stabilization to ensure the entire codebase is production-ready for deployment by July 20th.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous end-to-end manual testing for every user flow, API endpoint, database query, and UI component.
• Diagnose backend (FastAPI) and frontend (Next.js) issues, identify root causes, and resolve PostgreSQL schema/query errors.
• Write clear, reproducible bug reports with steps to reproduce, logs, and visual evidence.
• Ensure code quality and stability through strict verification before pushing feature branches.
• Work directly with senior developers to review fixes and align on architecture standards.

Requirements

• Mandatory 4 to 6 hours daily commitment.
• Mandatory attendance in two daily sync meetings (Morning Alignment and End-of-Day Review).
• Ability to work in a high-velocity sprint environment.
