Junior Engineer

Role Overview

Flex is seeking motivated graduates and freshers for a Junior Engineer position. This role is an ideal entry point for individuals looking to start their career in an advanced manufacturing environment, supporting the design, build, and management of innovative products.

Responsibilities

• Creates, implements, and finalizes Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and executes system changes.
• Performs file maintenance for Bill of Materials (BOMs), parts drawings, ECOs, and process alerts.
• Coordinates ECO status with customers and implements cost changes and effective dates.
• Ensures projects comply with document control policies and procedures.
• Maintains data accuracy and completeness of documentation, including logs, reports, and distribution.
• Manages and tracks product configuration and manufacturing/customer requirements.
• Acts as the interface between program management, engineering, manufacturing, and materials to ensure documented changes.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in a Manufacturing setup.
• Preference for experience within the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) industry.
