Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

FlexiEle offers a cloud-based Hire-to-Exit HRM system that helps organizations across industries streamline and automate their HR processes. We are looking for a young and energetic Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining our HRMS platform while working closely with functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications for FlexiEle HRMS
• Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks
• Collaborate with the functional team to understand client requirements and implement solutions
• Build, test, and deploy new features and modules in the HRMS system
• Optimize application performance, security, and responsiveness
• Debug and resolve technical issues reported by clients or internal teams
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices
• Assist in database design, API development, and system integrations
• Support existing clients by fixing bugs and enhancing system functionality

Requirements

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / IT (preferred)
• BCA/MCA or any graduate with relevant technical skills
• Freshers with strong technical skills can apply
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in full stack development preferred

Other Details

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Off: 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays and all Sundays
