Node JS Developer

Role Overview

FlexiEle offers a cloud-based Hire-to-Exit HRM system that helps organizations across industries streamline and automate their HR processes. We are looking for a young and energetic Node.js Developer who will be responsible for building and maintaining the backend services of our HRMS platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
• Build scalable and high-performance RESTful APIs for HRMS modules
• Collaborate with front-end developers and functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Understand client requirements and implement backend logic accordingly
• Integrate third-party services and APIs
• Optimize application performance, security, and data handling
• Debug and resolve technical issues reported by clients or internal teams
• Work with databases for efficient data storage and retrieval
• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices

Requirements

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / IT (preferred) or BCA/MCA
• Freshers with strong Node.js knowledge or 6 months to 1 year of experience in backend development
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and teamwork
