QA & Testing Engineer

Role Overview

FCM, part of Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), is a global leader in travel management. We are looking for a QA & Testing Engineer to join our Product and Technology brand in Noida, India. You will work in an Agile environment, ensuring high-quality software delivery through rigorous testing strategies and collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Work in an Agile environment and adhere to all QA best practices.
• Create and maintain test plans that complement Product Owners’ user stories.
• Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and Re-testing while contributing to automation.
• Analyse product requirements to ensure a risk-based test approach.
• Write test cases and scenarios, manage bug tracking, and perform Test Analysis and Reporting.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Europe and the Americas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of strong experience in QA.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of software testing theory and QA processes.
• Hands-on experience in test case creation, test plans, and traceability matrices.
• Understanding of software development infrastructure and CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency in SDLC methodologies and defect management.
• Ability to create functional automation scripts using object-oriented frameworks like Playwright.
• Time zone flexibility to support Europe and Americas.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to the travel domain, including GDS or booking creation systems.
• Experience using Azure DevOps Test Plan.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
