Job Description
Role Overview
Join a remote-first team at Foretheta, helping customers build innovative IT products through data engineering, big data analytics, and machine learning. You will work in a collaborative environment to meet customer requirements, maintain systems, and ship new product features.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software engineers to diagnose, fix, and prevent production issues.
- Work with technical leads to develop new features and enhance existing functionalities.
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and data integrity issues.
- Perform code reviews to provide feedback and develop team knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Less than 2 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, and ReactJS.
- Knowledge of AWS services, DevOps, RESTful API, Machine Learning, and Big Data tools.
- Emphasis on writing clear, readable, testable, and deployable code for server-side applications.
