AI Engineer

Role Overview

Fospe is looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer to join our growing AI Product Engineering team. You will focus on building AI-powered applications, developing custom AI skills and agents, and optimizing LLM costs using cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and agents.
• Build custom AI skills, workflows, and automation solutions.
• Develop and optimize AI models and integrations.
• Implement LLM-based solutions using Anthropic, OpenAI, and other AI platforms.
• Optimize token usage, latency, and operational costs.
• Develop AI APIs and backend services using Python.
• Fine-tune prompts and AI workflows for performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with AI/LLM development and integrations.
• Knowledge of API development and backend systems.
• Understanding of AI agents, automation, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Anthropic Claude API and cost optimization strategies.
• Experience building AI agents and autonomous workflows.
• Knowledge of vector databases, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
