Backend Executive

Role Overview

FoxBrain is dedicated to providing engaging learning programs that help children develop cognitive skills, improve concentration, memory, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Backend Executive to support our daily operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage backend operations and daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update records, reports, and data accurately.
• Handle data entry and documentation work.
• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports, and trackers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and follow-ups.
• Maintain student, attendance, and operational records.
• Support scheduling, communication, and other administrative activities as required.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in data management and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience: Freshers with good Excel knowledge are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior backend, administrative, or office experience will be preferred.
