Mechanical Engineering Intern

Role Overview

To drive business development, marketing, and design support for stack parking solutions, ensuring effective project execution, quality standards, and timely completion. The role will also involve preparing parking layouts, design coordination, and project monitoring to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote and develop business for stack parking solutions and coordinate with clients for enquiries and site AutoCAD drawings.
• Initiate preliminary design concepts and coordinate with CAD draftsmen for detailed stack parking drawings.
• Prepare DAP (Design Approval Process) drawings and collaborate with architects and civil consultants.
• Evaluate contractors, negotiate quotes, and finalize agreements.
• Review and finalize Bill of Materials (BOM) and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
• Track material availability, monitor contractor performance, and ensure site safety compliance.
• Maintain project documentation, prepare itemized bills, and process contractor payments.
• Guide and monitor team members in daily operations.

Requirements

• B.E. / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (or relevant field).
• 4–7 years of experience in Parking Systems, Project Execution, or Business Development.
• Strong knowledge of stack parking systems and layouts.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders including clients, vendors, and contractors.
