Hiring: HR Admin Intern – Hyderabad

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Admin Intern to support our HR and administrative operations.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative activities
• Maintain employee records, HR documents, trackers, and databases
• Support onboarding, employee coordination, and engagement initiatives
• Manage employee timesheets and ensure timely updates
• Track invoices and maintain records
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars
• Send follow-ups on pending tasks and communications
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Assist with recruitment (sourcing, interview scheduling, follow-ups)

Requirements :

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
