AI Developer – Agentic AI (Enterprise Systems) ( 4 to 8 yrs )

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer specializing in Agentic AI for enterprise systems. This is a remote, freelance/contract/part-time position for immediate joiners with 4-8 years of experience in building end-to-end, enterprise-grade AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and design enterprise-level Agentic AI architectures.
• Build and orchestrate single-agent and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Integrate LLMs via APIs and open-source models using Hugging Face Transformers.
• Implement RAG pipelines using Vector Databases.
• Perform LLM fine-tuning, prompt optimization, and performance evaluation.
• Develop production-ready APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy through CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed AI systems.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend system design.
• Proven experience with agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Solid experience with Vector Databases, Graphs, and RAG-based solutions.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or Data Science.
