Backend Node.js Developer (Node.js / NestJS) ( 3 - 6 yrs )

Role Overview

We are looking for a Backend Node.js Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services within the IT/SaaS/AI industry.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and NestJS
• Build scalable, secure RESTful and/or microservice-based architectures
• Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and global error-handling mechanisms
• Optimize API performance, database queries, and server-side logic
• Integrate third-party services and internal systems
• Write unit tests, logging, and monitoring for backend services
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver production-ready features

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js
• Strong experience with NestJS or Express.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Immediate joiners preferred
