CRO Intern

Role Overview

Gaia is seeking two Landing Page CRO Interns for a 4-week project-based internship. This role involves analyzing high-volume subscription landing pages to understand subscriber drop-off and conversion drivers. One seat focuses on Paid Media Funnel optimization, while the second focuses on Analytics & Reporting. This is a real-impact role involving live data and A/B testing to improve subscription sign-ups.

Responsibilities

• Analyze paid search and social traffic behavior from Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Identify friction points in the acquisition funnel using GA4 and heatmap data.
• Design A/B test variants within WordPress.
• Audit GA4 event tracking and build subscription funnel dashboards.
• Quantify revenue impact of conversion rate improvements using Looker Studio or Power BI.
• Manage a PIE-prioritized test backlog and CVR projections.

Requirements

• Currently a Junior, Senior, or Master’s candidate.
• Coursework in Marketing, Analytics, UX, or Business Intelligence preferred.
• Ability to work remotely or in Boulder, CO.
