AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our Data Science & Analytics department in Pune. This is a full-time, permanent position within the IT Services & Consulting industry, focusing on designing and developing advanced AI workflows and scalable backend services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI workflows using LangGraph and LangChain.
• Integrate AWS Bedrock foundation models for document processing, entity extraction, classification, and conversational AI.
• Develop scalable backend services and microservices using Python and Java.
• Build multi-step AI agents with conditional workflows, tool integrations, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
• Work with DynamoDB and other AWS services to manage AI workflow data and application state.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI-driven business solutions.
• Optimize AI models and workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud technologies.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML or backend software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Java.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, DynamoDB, and other AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
• Experience in building REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Education: Any Graduate (B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc. (CS/IT), BCA, BCS, B.Sc. (CS/IT), or equivalent preferred).
