Software Engineering Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain multiple software tools for our products, ensuring high-quality code and system reliability, with a focus on Python and AI/ML applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and debug Python/AI/ML based software applications
• Collaborate with embedded engineers to integrate software with hardware components
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and industry best practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Perform software verification and validation activities
• Document software designs, requirements, and test procedures
• Stay updated with the latest technologies in LLMs and ML algorithms

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and AI model-based development
• Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in AI model development using various LLMs
• Exposure to Data Science principles and Machine Learning algorithms
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, JIRA, Confluence)
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electronic & Communication Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with IEC-61850 standards
• Knowledge of HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) systems
• Knowledge of software configuration management tools such as Git or SVN
